  • Our Approach

    Development

The Ark Group is the lead or co-developer of each property in the Regenerative Destinations collection. We are actively pursuing land and value-add development opportunities in spectacular natural settings that fit our focus on developing accessible yet secluded destination resorts with boutique luxury hotels and residences, featuring our unique blend of wellness, sustainability and arts programming and amenities.

    Design, Operations & Management

We partner with some of the most respected destination resort brands and operators - with a particular focus on those who are leading the wellness hospitality segment, to which we add the Ark Group's award-winning arts & entertainment concepts and our sustainability partnership with the Worldwatch Institute to create the guest experience that distinguishes Regenerative Destinations.

    Investment

The Ark Group invests directly in acquiring and improving sites, and raises additional equity and debt to complete development. We prefer direct equity investment from branded operators who are actively involved in all aspects of design, development and management. We also work directly with a variety of private and institutional investors who understand our business model.
